How it works

1. Tell us about your project
2. Receive your quote
We'll get back to you within 5 working days with a tailored quote and any follow up questions.
Share your artwork in a high-res format (300dpi) and we'll send a digital proof for approval. If you need design support, we can help with that too, just let us know in your enquiry.
3. Finalise your design
We go into production. Once your design is approved and deposit paid, your patches go into production. Lead times are typically 3-4 weeks, but we do have a £50 rush fee if you need them within 2 weeks.
4. Production happens
We can also sew or iron on your patches directly onto merch or uniforms. Just let us know in your enquiry!
5. Optional sewing service
Your finished items are carefully packed and shipped to you, ready to hand out, iron on, sew on, or all three.
You now have beautiful custom patches!

Pricing
Prices are a guidance to give you a better idea of cost and vary depending on the size of your order. These prices are based on using already existing artwork. If you require help with design please let me know!
Larger sizes, custom shapes, rush orders and design support may affect the final quote. All prices exclude VAT and delivery.

Yes. This can be a high resolution logo, artwork, illustration in PNG or JPEG format. If you have a logo but want it on a different background or want some colour changes made then we can do this for you for a design charge. Design fees are dependent on the complexity of the project, just mention it in your enquiry and we'll talk through options.

We work with high-resolution PNG or JPEG files at a minimum of 300dpi. The higher the quality the better, if in doubt, send the largest version you have and we'll let you know if it'll work. Vector files are also welcome if you have them.

Our minimum order is 4 patches, however this will impact the turn around time and will take longer to produce as we need to fill a metre of fabric to avoid any unnecessary fabric waste. Just get in touch and we can discuss!

Our typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from print file approval. If you're working to a tight deadline, we offer a rush order service with a 2 week turnaround for an additional fee of £50.

We don't produce pre-production samples of your exact design, but if you are unsure you can order one of our other patches to see the quality of our products. You'll also receive a digital proof to sign off before anything goes to print.

Our patches are digitally printed rather than embroidered. This gives us the ability to produce a much wider range of colours, finer detail and more complex artwork than embroidery allows, while still giving you a beautiful, high-quality finish.

We work with patches ranging from a minimum of 3cm up to a maximum of 40cm, so whether you're after a subtle logo patch or a bold statement piece, we've got you covered.

We can work with a range of shapes, though there are some limitations depending on the design. Get in touch with your brief and we'll let you know what's achievable.

Because our patches are digitally printed, colour reproduction is excellent and most designs translate really well. We can’t print spot colours like neon or metallics but anything that looks good in an RGB format. Please note: the overlocking thread around the edge has more limited colour options, we'll advise on the best match for your design when you enquire.

For anything that'll be washed regularly: uniforms, aprons, workwear, kit, we always recommend sew-on application. It's more durable and gives a longer-lasting finish than iron-on. We can also handle the application for you as part of the order, so you receive the finished garments ready to go. Just mention this when you enquire.

Iron-on patches bond best to natural fibres made from cotton like denim and canvas. They're not suitable for nylon, waterproofed or very delicate fabrics. Polyester fabrics sometimes work but we always recommend trying out on an inconspicuous area first before trying to attach a patch. Not sure about your material?
