Shipping & Returns policy

Thanks for shopping at Rebel Patch. I want you to love your patches, but if things aren't quite right, here is how I handle shipping and returns.
1. Shipping Information
I am a small business, and I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.
Domestic (UK): Shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.
International (EU & USA): Shipped via Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 7-14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders outside the UK:
EU Customers: As of 2026, the EU applies customs duties and VAT on imports. You may be charged these fees, plus a small handling fee by your local postal service, before delivery.
USA/Other: You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes assigned by your country.
Rebel Patch is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs processing.
2. Returns & "Cooling Off" Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period to change your mind.
The Window: You must notify me at hello@rebelpatch.com within 14 days of receiving your patches that you wish to return them.
The Return: Once you've notified me, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to: Willway Yard, Willway Street, Container 10, BS3 4AZ.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is faulty).
I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: I will refund the cost of the item plus the standard shipping cost you paid when you placed the order. (If you chose an express shipping upgrade, only the standard rate is refundable).
Processing: Refunds are processed via your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 14 days of me receiving the items back.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your patches arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact me immediately at hello@rebelpatch.com with a photo of the damage.
I will offer a replacement or a full refund.
In the case of faulty goods, I will cover the cost of the return shipping.
5. Exclusions
Please note that Custom/Bespoke Patches (made specifically to your design) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
